Boom sprinter puts The Brothers War in spotlight

The Brothers War continues to enjoy the spotlight courtesy of boom sprinter Ancestry.

Ancestry notched his sixth win at his 11th appearance when he blew the field away in the Apache Cat Classic (1000m) at Cranbourne on Sunday (October 11).

Top trainer Phillip Stokes predicted bigger wins are in store for the four-year-old, who hails from the first crop of The Brothers War.

City performers Cap's Boy and All In War have also represented The Brothers War with success.

The Brothers War will stand at Kooringal Stud this season alongside dual Group 1 winner Prized Icon.
